We are using both dexis and gendex as well.Directory Add Product My Products Featured Products Products by Country -> HelpĮ - Dexis-platinum-sensor-with-all-software-and-accessories, Product by B Braun Medical Ltd All in all, I still have no answers as of yet. Our tech guys are saying it could be a server load error but then it doesnt make sense to me how it could be happening all of a sudden if we have been using the same things in our server for months. I have actually tried all the things the person you spoke to said to try and nothing seems to help. I actually came on that site when trying to research myself but that website gives absolutely no answers at all. Josh: You may want to try switching the port the powered hub is connected to, if your sensors have interface boxes try testing each sensor with a different interface box Me: ok, what do you think about the bad driver? Me: If they are, the users may not be relaying the message. Josh: Are you getting the error on all of your computers? Me: I don't believe so. Josh: How many computers are you using with these sensors? Me: Each site has roughly 7 computers and we have about 3-4 sensors per site. We have had them sent out and tested and all has come back well. Josh: This is happening with all of your sensors? Me: I wouldn't say all of them, but we are continuing to have many problems with majority of our sensors. Josh: On the computer are you plugging the powered hub into the front usb ports or the back usb ports? Me: the back. We now have External Powered USB hubs with the same results. How is your sensor connected to your computer? Me: It was directly plugged in to the USB port on the computer.

U? Me: Absolutely! Thank you! Josh: From what I'm able to find it could be a problem with the driver.also could be other problems. It could be as well, try using a sensor that you're getting that message with on a different computer that is set up to use that sensor and see if you get an error Ok, what do you think about the bad driver? We usually unplug it from the USB port a couple of times until it finally just works. It's not every time it's more sporadic than anything. I am having a couple issues with a couple different locations with machines and the sensors.
